Actively Pursuing Better Health
One to one training sessions that are focused on you. We work on things you want to do and help you to find the joy of movement and exercise. Training sessions take place at Majestic Fitness in Richmond at a mutually agreed time. Sessions will last up to 1 hour and include warm-up, skills, workouts, warm-down.
One-off sessions £95
Monthly Packages from £170 (paid in advance, dependent on number of sessions)
Training can be combined with treatment sessions for more impact. To achieve great results at least 12 weeks of regular training is recommended.
