About Robyn Phillips
Hi there! I’m Robyn Phillips, an osteopath fueled by a love for movement. I believe in moving my own body every day, but also in helping others experience the joy and power of moving well.

That’s why I use my knowledge and passion to address the root causes of discomfort, releasing restrictions and paving the way for you to #moveeveryday with freedom and confidence.

Adapting To Movement
I’m a firm believer that the human body is remarkably adaptable, capable of achieving incredible feats with gradual exposure and smart training. My personal testament to this? Over the past few years, I’ve challenged myself with CrossFit, open water swimming, cycling, running, long-distance walking, triathlons, Hyrox, kayaking, and yoga. Each experience has pushed me further, proving to myself that with dedication and the right approach, almost anything is possible.

From spreadsheets to spines: My journey to unlocking movement potential.
Before becoming an Osteopath, I was an Accountant working in New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Spreadsheets filled days but I had a passion for deeper knowledge and understanding human movement. When my children arrived, it was time to turn this passion into purpose.
I embarked on a five-year Masters degree in Osteopathy, fueled by endless curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning. This journey doesn’t end at graduation – I continuously hone my skills by diving into the latest research via platforms including Clinical Edge and The Better Clinician Project, and actively seek out in-person conferences and events.
Why? Because unlocking your body’s potential to move freely and feel empowered is my mission. By combining my diverse background, unwavering dedication to learning, and a passion for movement, I strive to be your trusted guide on the path to optimal well-being.
