parkrun UK

parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. parkrun is 5km and takes place every Saturday morning.

parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along.

My family and I have participated many times over the past ten years. Our particular favourite is the Christmas Day run.

Our local parkrun starts at Richmond Gate at 9am every Saturday morning. There are also parkruns at Old Deer Park, Kingston, Wimbledon and Bushy Park to name a few.
